AIS partners with Adeptia to automate the intake of non-English patients in order to lower healthcare provider operating costs.

Adeptia Inc., a leading provider of enterprise business integration management software, today announced a joint venture with Arias Information Solutions, LLC. (AIS), experts in enterprise data integration and enterprise content management; and a strategic supplier for technology implementation services. The joint venture will operate as Workflow Health, LLC.

With Limited English Proficient (LEP) patient intake costs rising by 30% annually, Arias recognized an opportunity to help healthcare providers dramatically increase access to LEP patients, improve the quality of service, and dramatically lower costs by automating the intake of non-English medical forms. AIS chose Adeptia as the Business Process Management (BPM) integration platform to create and power the new cloud service offering called "@IntakeAssist" for which AIS has a provisional patent.
